The swimming pools form part of the Zuchwil Sports Centre, which is located on the River Aare approximately 3.5 km west of Solothurn. There is a 50-metre open-air pool which has 1-metre and 3-metre diving boards/platforms, a 25-metre non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool. Other facilities include a water slide, grassed sunbathing areas with shade, a beach volleyball court and areas for other games, changing cubicles, lockers, toilets and showers. The main indoor pool is 25 metres and there are also non-swimmers’ and children’s paddling pools. Massage is available and there is a solarium, sauna, kiosk and restaurant.
