One of the most delightful walks in Zürich is through the popular and beautiful lakeside park of Zürichhorn, situated about 1.5 km southeast of Bellevueplatz. It is famed for its Chinese Gardens (see separate entry), which attracts more than 50,000 visitors a year. There are many spectacular sculptures, which can be viewed close-up and are set in planted and well maintained gardens. Along the way, there are several boat stations that hire out rowing boats, motorboats and pedalos. Other attractions include the Fischstube restaurant, the ’Strandbad Tiefenbrunnen’, a lakeside swimming pool (see separate entry) and also an open air cinema.
