Located in the northern part of the city, the Wolfensburg Lido offers open-air swimming with games facilities and equipment and pleasant mountain views. There are swimmers’ and non-swimmers’ pools and two children’s paddling pools, with various accessories and sunbathing areas and terraces. Sports facilities include a beach volleyball court, billiards table, table tennis, trampoline and games areas for badminton and Frisbee, etc. and a children’s playground with a sandpit. There is a restaurant, barbecue area and a sauna, which is open throughout the year.
