The Waldstatt Lido is an open-air bathing complex, located approximately 14 km southwest of St Gallen. The 33-metre swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include one-metre and three-metre diving platforms, a children’s playground, a beach volleyball court, grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There are barbeque areas and a restaurant.
