Located at Tegerfelden, about 5 km south of Bad Zurzach, the Aagau cantonal viticulture museum is housed in the old ‘Wiss-Trotte’ wine press which was built in 1788. This provides a great background for a visit where you can learn from experts about the large variety of Aargauer wines and the production process from vine to bottle. There are more than 400 different wines produced in the region, many of which can be tasted in the spacious and atmospheric tasting cellar.
