Schwimmbad Stigeli, in Affoltern am Albis about 15km north of Zug, has comprehensive facilities, solar heated open-air pools under lifeguard supervision and is ideal for a family outing. The 50-metre swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool, a diving pool with 1-metre and 3-metre platforms and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include a beach volley ball court, children’s playground, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and a games area for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers, toilets, a kiosk, restaurant and a barbeque area. There is an adjacent mini-golf course.
