The Seebad Sempach is located about 8.5 km southeast of Sursee on the southeast corner of Lake Sempach; it offers lake swimming with a sandy beach, a children’s paddling pool and good amenities. Other features include a diving tower with one-metre and three-metre platforms, a float, beach volleyball court, children’s playground, grassed areas with shade for sunbathing and picnics and a games area for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, showers, toilets, a barbeque area and a restaurant. Boats, umbrellas and loungers can be hired and there is an adjacent camping site.
