Located close to the Rhine falls at Neuhausen am Rheinfall, about 3 km southwest of Schaffhausen, the Otterstall Lido offers open-air bathing with good facilities. The 50-metre swimmers’ pool has 1-metre and 3-metre diving platforms and is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include a 35-metre water slide, water accessories, ample grassed sunbathing area with shade, a children’s playground, a beach volleyball court and a games area for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers, toilets, a kiosk, a restaurant and a barbeque area.
