Located close to the Hallenstadion in the north of the city, the Hallenbad Oerlikon is a major indoor bathing complex under lifeguard supervision. There are four pools, a 50-metre swimmers’ pool, complemented by a 25-metre non-swimmers’ pool, a diving pool with 5 platforms up to 10 metres and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include various pool accessories, a children’s playground, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, etc. Facilities include a kiosk and restaurant, sauna, solarium, fitness centre, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. Massage and fitness classes and various courses are available.
