The Nuolen Golf Club, founded in 1997, is situated approximately 13 km southeast of Rapperswil and its 9 hole course has magnificent views over Lake Zürich and the Glarner Alps. The course was designed by golf architect Peter Harradine and measures 3,240 metres with a par rating of 36; it is planned to extend the course to 18 holes. There is also a 9 hole pitch and putt course of 1,530 metres with a par of 27. Facilities include a driving range, putting green, pitching green, practice bunker, pro shop and restaurant. Golf clubs, trolleys and carts can be hired.
