Neunkirch is about 13 km west of Scaffhausen and the Schwimmbad Neunkirch is located in tranquil surroundings on the outskirts of the town and offers open-air bathing under life guard supervision. A 25-metre swimmers’ pool, with a diving tower and 1-metre and 3-metre platforms, is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool. Features include a water slide, ample grassed sunbathing areas with shade and a games area for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, showers, toilets, a kiosk and snack bar.
