The Money Museum was one of the first virtual museums devoted to the history of money and currency and is the platform of the Sunflower Foundation established in 1999 by Dr. Jürg Conzett. The museum, in addition to its internet facility, runs exhibitions at Hadlaubstrasse (which at present is only open on Tuesdays from 1.00 pm to 5.30 pm). These are of leading currencies, coins, other forms of money and of books from the library; you can press your own coins from the museum’s presses or use the internet stations. There is an audio guide in English and German.
