Laufenburg is located on the banks of the River Rhine, about 21 km east of Rheinfelden, and the Schwimmbad Laufenburg is an open-air bathing complex under lifeguard supervision. You can also swim in the river, but there is no direct access from the lido. The 50-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a non-swimmers’ pool, a diving pool with 1-metre and 3-metre platforms and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include various pool accessories, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and games areas for Frisbee, badminton table tennis, etc. Facilities include a kiosk, restaurant, barbeque area changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets.
