Located to the south of the town, the Seebad Sarnen offers swimming in the Sarnersee (Lake Sarnen) under lifeguard supervision and with the added advantage of a children’s paddling pool and a brook. Features include a diving tower with one-metre and three-metre platforms, a float, waterslide, various water accessories, grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, boules and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There are barbeque places and a kiosk. Umbrellas, beach chairs and loungers can be hired.
