Koller Auctions, Switzerland’s largest auction house, operates from Galerie Koller in Hardturmstrasse next to Limmatwest. The wide range of art lots includes old master paintings, 19th century paintings, contemporary, modern and Swiss art. Various other departments handle furniture and decoration, silver, porcelain, faience and glass, applied art, books and autographs, design, jewellery and wrist watches, carpets, Asian art, tribal art and collections. The head office holds four auctions annually and, since 1974, Koller West, located across the street from the main salesrooms, offers affordable pieces to newcomers and a young audience.
