Kaiseraugst is located about 6.5 km southwest of Rhinfelden and, in addition to its Rhine River and open-air bathing facility (see separate entry), has an indoor bathing complex, the Hallenbad Liebrüti. The 25-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a 20-metre non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool, all of which are under lifeguard supervision and kept at about 28°C. There are also various pool accessories and a one-metre diving board. Other facilities are limited to changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets and there are no food outlets. Fitness classes and swimming lessons are available.
