The prestigious Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club has courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Seve Ballestreos and Nick Falo. The 18-hole par 72 course ranges from 5,059 to 6,341 metres in length and the 9-hole par 36 course from 2,583 to 3,173 metres. The course, situated 20 km east of Sion, offers a 50-station driving range, three putting greens, two pitching greens, three practice bunkers, and indoor practice area, caddies, trolleys, clubs and electric carts for hire, a pro shop, an outdoor swimming pool and has a clubhouse with terrace, restaurant and bar on site. It is the course venue for the Omega European Masters.
