The Church was built in 1740 and is dedicated to both St Catherine and St Laurent. Built in the country baroque style, it stands high on a ledge and dominates the village. The bell tower’s stone pyramid is very traditional in the area. In 1945 Paul Monnier decorated the church with a fresco representing the martyrdom of the St Laurent. The frontage of the church, with the exception of the bell tower, has recently been renovated and painted. The vestiges of an old sundial were used as a decorative element in direct homage to the Creator.
