Located in rural surroundings on the outskirts of Buus, some 9.5 km southeast of Rheinfelden, the Buus Lido is an open-air bathing complex under lifeguard supervision. The 25-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a 10-metre non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include one-metre and three-metre diving platforms, a volleyball court, grassed areas with shade suitable or both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities provided include parking, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There is a kiosk serving snacks and parking.
