Located on the eastern side of the city, the Hallenbad Bungertwies is an attractive indoor bathing complex under lifeguard supervision. It has a 25-metre x 8-metre swimmers’ pool heated to 29 °C and a 1-metre diving platform. An added attraction is the 200 m² sunbathing terrace on the roof. Facilities include a solarium, lockers, showers and toilets and a coffee dispensing machine, but there are no food outlets. The complex is open throughout the year, except for a 4/5 week period in July/August for maintenance. As it is used by schools, check the website for public opening hours.
