The Seebad Bürger I is a further swimming area located at Thalwil and is a short distance south of the Ludretikon Lake Bathing facility (see separate entry). It also offers swimming in the Zürichsee and a lifeguard. Features include a float, diving tower with one-metre and three-metre platforms, grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and a games area for Frisbee, badminton and other sports. Facilities provided include changing cubicles, showers and toilets. There is a kiosk and a restaurant. There is an adjoining lake bathing area at Seestrasse 60, designated Seebad Bürger II.
