Located about 10 km southwest of Winterthur and 17 km northeast of Zürich, the Breitenloo Golf Club was founded in 1964 and lies in a hilly area between Kloten and Wintherthur. The 18 hole course was remodelled between 2004 and 2006 by leading European golf architect Kurt Rossknecht and now measures 6,191 metres with a par rating of 72. Facilities include a driving range, pitching and putting greens, practice bunker, indoor practice, a pro shop and restaurant. Golf clubs and trolleys can be hired.
