The Beer Bottle Museum is located at the Schützengarten brewery and is the first of its type in Switzerland. The collection consists of more than 2,000 bottles from 260 different breweries and has been collected over more than 30 years. The oldest samples are some 140 years old and are made of clay. As the collection is organised by region, it also acts as an overview of the brewing history of Switzerland and its 130 localities. Entrance is free and there is also a restaurant.
