Believed to be in use since Roman times, the present day Bains de Saillon has three open air pools, two of which are fed by hot springs. In addition to these there are two indoor pools, one of which is a massage pool. There is a lifeguard on duty. As well as sunbathing areas with shady sections, there are changing cubicles, lockers, toilets, showers and a water slide. The centre also offers various fitness programmes and has saunas, a weightlifting room, a solarium and massage. There is also a restaurant on site.
