The Hallenbad Alstatten is located in the northwest of Zürich and is a major indoor bathing complex under lifeguard supervision with some additional open-air facilities. Indoors, the 25-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a 17-metre non-swimmers’ pool and a diving pool with 1-metre, 3-metre and 5-metre platforms. There is a hot springs pool and a whirlpool, both indoors and open-air, all at 33°C. Other features include a 110-metre waterslide, various pool accessories, a sunbathing area and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, etc. Facilities include a sauna, solarium, kiosk, restaurant, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets.
