Located about 4 km southwest of Rapperswil-Jona, Alpamare is Europe’s biggest covered waterpark and is a treat for the whole family. With ten waterslides, there is ample variety, including the latest, the Ice Express, and two canyon slides, the Mini for the younger children and the Cresta for more excitement. There are four pools, the Wave, the Alpa Therme, the Rio Mare and the Iodine Brine with prophylactic 36° C hot water. The large terrace has free deck chairs and a fantastic view and there are Saunas, a Solarium, restaurants and a great deal more, including the new trendy Aqua Cycling.
