In a sympathetic environment on the banks of the Magliasina River, the Zoo al Maglio has more than 100 animals from all over the world. Lions, tigers, leopards, panthers, pumas, collar bears, racoons, gibbons, rhesus and other monkeys, parrots, and other exotic species are housed in a shady situation. Barbecues and picnics areas are available. The small Zoo al Maglio is especially suited for children because many of the smaller and safer animals can be petted and fed.
