Weinfelden, about 14 km southwest of Kreuzlingen, not only has a very good open-air bathing complex on the River Thur (see separate entry), but also has an indoor bathing complex, the Hallenbad Weinfelden. Open the whole year round, except on public holidays and during school summer holidays, it has a swimmers’ pool, a non-swimmers’ pool and one-metre and three-metre diving platforms. Facilities provided include changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There is a kiosk and swimming classes and various fitness classes are available.
