The little tourist train of Neuchâtel takes children and grown-ups on a delightful journey through the old town. The trip highlights the historical charms of Neuchâtel with a driver’s commentary available in French, German and English. The train, which leaves from the Place du Port, covers all the main landmarks of Neuchâtel including the majestic Castle, which dates from the 15th century and now houses the cantonal Government. The full trip takes about 45 minutes and a full timetable is available from the tourist office on request. There is the possibility of renting the train with driver for group bookings.
