The Museo del Manifesto Ticinese is the first and only museum of this kind in Ticino. The museum was inaugurated in the month of May 2007 in the ancient Casa della Torre on the Morcote lakeshore. It is a small, but rich, museum which displays a collection of more than 100 original posters. Many of these are works of art in their own right and some of which are more than one hundred years old. This unique centre has set out to document posters as an expression of graphic contemporary art.
