Salon Paderewski is a museum devoted to a collection of memorabilia associated with Ignace-Jean Paderewski (1860-1941) the outstanding Polish composer and pianist. Paderewski lived in Morges for forty years until his departure in 1940 for the United States, where he died the following year. The Paderewski Rooms contain the relics of his personal and professional life, including many original photographs, letters (both private and connected with his musical career) to and from the composer, documents detailing his engagements and itineraries, as well as many personal objects which the composer held dear.
