The Regional Baths in Murten offer lake bathing and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools under lifeguard supervision. The 50-metre open-air Olympic pool, with 1-metre and 3-metre diving boards, is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool and a children’s paddling pool. Indoors, there is a 25-metre pool, a non-swimmers’ pool and another children’s pool. Features include a float, a sandy beach, grassed sunbathing areas with shade, a beach volleyball court, children’s playground and a games area for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis etc. There are changing cubicles, lockers, showers, toilets, a snack bar, a restaurant, barbeque area, sauna and solarium.
