The Museo della Radio, at Stazione Radio del Monte Ceneri, was founded to illustrate and celebrate the story of the radio since it was developed by Guglielmo Marconi (25 April 1874 – 20 July 1937) up to the present day. The museum houses an exhibition of radio receivers, parts of transmitters, equipment of measurement, electron valves and other equipment used in the development of radio transmission. There is also an extensive library on broadcasting technology and the exciting story of wireless communication.
