The Puppet Museum is located in the cultural barn of Schlossgut Girsberg and contains more than 500 puppets from various countries and different eras. This collection is supplemented by a display of rare toys, including automated toys and other antique items. There is also a room dedicated to the memory of Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin (1838-1917), the German aircraft manufacturer and founder of the Zeppelin Airship company. He grew up in Schloss Girsberg and lived there all his life. The room has his original office furniture and a great deal of memorabilia of the legendary figure.
