The open-air pool at Les Marécottes is an impressive 70 metres in length and is attractively set in a rock surround in harmony with nature. It is so beautifully conceived that one could almost believe it was a natural feature. There is a lifeguard on duty. In addition to sunbathing areas with shady sections, there are changing cubicles, toilets and showers. Facilities include a children’s playground, table tennis, a snack bar and a restaurant. There is ample parking and the zoological gardens are nearby (see separate entry).
