Pfyn-Finges is a nature park situated in the heart of the Alps. It is found at the foot of the highest alpine peaks, between the limestone massifs of the Bernese Alps and the granite reliefs of the Valais Alps. Within the park the Rhone River stretches across the largest pine grove in Switzerland. Pfyn-Finges is called the land of contrasts and there is much to see. Families, nature lovers, bird watchers and general tourists are all provided for, as there is something to do for everyone. The park’s setting is rich in both history and culture and is the most varied landscape in the canton.
