The Municipal Swimming Complex at Martigny is superb, with three open air pools and wonderful amenities. There is a 50-metre pool for swimming, a 15-metre pool for non-swimmers and a 10-metre children’s paddling pool. All three are heated to 25 °C and there are four diving platforms at heights of one, three, five and ten metres. There is a lifeguard on duty. In addition to sunbathing areas with shady sections, there are changing cubicles, lockers, toilets, showers, a water slide, a field for games and Frisbee, courts for badminton and beach volleyball, table tennis, a snack bar and a restaurant.
