The Sport und Volksbad Gitterli is a combined indoor and open-air bathing complex on a large site. There is a 50-metre open-air swimmers’ pool and a 25-metre indoor heated pool, both have non-swimmers’ areas and these are complemented by a mineral water pool heated to 32 -34°C and children’s paddling pools. Other features include one-metre and three-metre diving platforms, waterslides (27 and 67-metre), various pool accessories, a children’s playground, beach volleyball court, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis, etc. Facilities include a kiosk, restaurant, solarium, changing cubicles, lockers showers and toilets.
