Laghetto di Astano is a small lake situated in the beautiful countryside between Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano. It offers a wonderful swimming location for all the family to enjoy. There is a lovely sandy beach with a lifeguard on duty. In addition to sunbathing areas with shady sections, there are changing cubicles, toilets, showers, a playground for children, a field for games and Frisbee, courts for badminton and beach volleyball, a restaurant and snack bar for refreshments. There is ample parking nearby.
