In winter, or during bad weather in season, keen bathers can take advantage of Meiringen’s pleasant Indoor Bathing Complex (Hallenbad Meiringen) which is conveniently situated and has swimmers’ and non-swimmers’ pools with a water temperature of 28° C. The baths are open all year round, except for maintenance during the school summer holidays; after 6 pm children must be accompanied by an adult. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. The complex also has a sauna and a solarium.
