The Golf Club de Lausanne, which was founded in 1921, is an 18-hole par 72 course with a 6,800 yardage situated in a park-like undulating terrain. Situated just outside Lausanne on the north shore of Lake Geneva, the course has curving fairways leading to greens carefully guarded by strategically placed bunkers. There are two doglegs to add interest, a variety of uphill and downhill slopes, several water hazards also surrounded by bunkers. In fact the course has been designed to guarantee a very varied and demanding game.
