Located off the Seestrasse, on the northeast side of the lake, in a peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of the town of Greifensee, the Bad Furren is one of a number of bathing areas around the delightful Lake Greifen. It has the advantage of offering free lake swimming. Facilities provided include a float, changing cubicles, showers and toilets and plenty of grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics. As there is a nice barbeque area, it is an attractive option for a leisurely day’s bathing
