The town of Bütschwilis is located about 30 km east of Pfaffikon and the Hallenbad Bütschwil, opened in 1978, is an indoor bathing complex under lifeguard supervision. The swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a non-swimmers’ pool both heated to 29°C. Other features include a one-metre diving board, a 76-metre waterslide, sauna and solarium. Facilities include a restaurant, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. The facility is open throughout the year except for a July maintenance period; visit the website for opening hours. There is an interesting local museum worth visiting by prior arrangement.
