Attractively located by the River Linth, which flows north to Lake Walen, the Schwimmbad Ygruben is an open-air bathing complex with a 50-metre swimmers’ pool, complemented by a children’s paddling pool. Other features include one-metre and three-metre diving platforms, various pool accessories, a beach volleyball court (for use by organised groups only), grassed areas with shade suitable for both sunbathing and picnics and games areas for Frisbee, badminton and other sports. Facilities include a restaurant, changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets.
