The redeveloped regional Schwimmbad mittleres Wynental complex is located about 13 km southeast of Aarau and offers open-air bathing with good facilities. The 50-metre swimmers’ pool is complemented by a 25-metre non-swimmers’ pool, a diving pool with 1-metre and 3-metre platforms and a children’s paddling pool. Features include a 45-metre waterslide, various pool accessories, a beach volleyball court, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets. There is a kiosk and a restaurant.
