The Adelboden-Frutigen-Lenk area, with a 185 km network of pistes, served by 56 transport services, is one of the largest and most attractive skiing centres in the Swiss Alps. This is recognised by the two days of FIS World Cup races staged each year. One of the most popular areas with skiers and snow boarders is the Gran Masta Park in the Hahnenmoos area. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will find tracks at Boden and Engstligenalp and there are facilities for curling, tobogganing, sledging and much more.
