The Winter Sports Museum in Davos is located in the old Post Office building and gives the visitor a feel for the history and development of winter sports in this famous Swiss resort. Of particular interest is the part played by British enthusiasts, including Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859-1930). The large collection of well preserved and fascinating exhibits includes sleds, bobsleighs, skis, skates, curling equipment and much more, a large percentage of which, together with documents, was donated by the Jürg Kaufmann family.
