The Weierwise Lido is located in Wil, approximately 17.5 km southeast of Frauenfeld. The open-air bathing complex has a full range of pools under lifeguard supervision. The 50-metre swimmers’ pool is supplemented by a non-swimmers pool, a diving pool with 1-metre and 3-metre platforms and a children’s paddling pool. Other features include a waterslide, various pool accessories, a children’s playground, a beach volleyball court, grassed sunbathing areas with shade and games areas for Frisbee, badminton, table tennis and other sports. Facilities include changing cubicles, showers and toilets. There is a snack bar as well as barbeque areas and massage is available.
