The Waldhaus Mountain Resort and Spa is located about 2 km south of Flims and the hotel, in addition to its spa facilities, also houses four museums. The ‘hotel’ museum in the Belle Époque room is one of the biggest in Switzerland and contains artefacts taking the visitor back to the turn of the century. The crystal collection contains items from various parts of Switzerland and overseas. At one stage no cars were registered in the Graubünden canton and the historical sledge collection recalls that period. The rooms designed by the architect Rudolf Olgiati (1910-1995) contain exhibits from his cultural collection.
