The Villa Boveri was the home of the Boveri family, who founded the Brown Boveri company and has belonged to the ABB Welfare Foundation since 1943. Built between 1895 and 1897, it has a beautiful interior and is now used for training courses, seminars, social events and concert series organised by the foundation. The house has enjoyed protected monument status since 1976 and the park since 1996. Featuring sculptures by Hildebrand, Georgii, Breton, Ebbinghaus and other 20th-century artists, the park is a combination of landscape gardens with a parterre in the French neo-baroque style. There are guided tours from spring to autumn.
